The Three-output lachha paratha production line is designed for industrial operation, this line minimizes labor cost per unit while maintaining the authentic flaky, layered texture of handmade Lachha Paratha. From frozen dough disc production to export-ready packaging, this solution is built for food manufacturers who have moved beyond pilot-scale production and require industrial-volume capability without compromising quality.

Production process
The 3-output line follows the same core process stages as our standard configuration, but with a critical difference:
after the initial sheeting and stretching stages, the dough stream is split into three parallel lanes, each continuing
independently through rolling, cutting, coiling, pressing and filming stations.
Stage-by-Stage Breakdown:
1. Dough Preparing:
High-capacity spiral mixer processes industrial-scale dough batches
2. Multi-Stage Sheeting:
Progressive thickness reduction through multiple sheeting rollers
3. Dough Stretching:
Ultra-thin stretching down to less than 1mm for authentic layered structure
4. Oil Application:
Automated oil/ghee application (dual-sided) for even layer separation during cooking
5. Three-Way Split & Simultaneous Rolling:
Dough sheet is divided into three independent streams, each rollersimultaneously through synchronized folding
mechanisms
6. Dough Relaxation – Multi‑Tier Conveyor:
The folded dough strips enter a multi‑tier resting conveyor. This enclosed system conveys the dough through
multiple stacked tiers, providing controlled relaxation time of few minutes.
7. Cutting, Rolling:
Each lane cuts individual portions, coils them into dough balls
8. Pressing & Filming:
Finished discs filmed on both sides and conveyed to the next station
All three lanes are synchronized through a central PLC control system, ensuring consistent output across all streams.
Our 3‑output line replicates the same precision‑engineered shaping and layering mechanisms across all three lanes, ensuring every paratha disc—regardless of which lane it originates from—achieves uniform thickness, authentic flakiness, and a non‑greasy layered texture after freezing and final cooking (pan‑frying or baking).
The multi‑tier dough relaxation conveyor (added after the three‑way split and folding) further enhances consistency by allowing controlled gluten relaxation and moisture redistribution. This extra step reduces springback during pressing.
Food Factories
Well-suited for large-scale production of frozen Lachha Paratha dough discs destined for supermarket shelves, online grocery platforms, and foodservice channels. Thanks to its triple‑lane architecture, this line reliably handles bulk orders while keeping output consistent across millions of units. The frozen‑end product naturally offers a longer shelf life, simplifying distribution over wide geographic areas.
Catering Chain Enterprises
A reliable source of standardised, ready‑to‑cook paratha bases for restaurants, fast‑food chains, and contract caterers. Restaurant groups can serve the same flaky Lachha Paratha across all their locations—reinforcing brand trust and reducing kitchen‑to‑kitchen variation.
Export Processing
Built to comply with internationally recognised frozen food hygiene and quality standards, this line is an excellent match for exporters shipping to Europe, North America, or Southeast Asia. Easy adjustments for local taste profiles, disc size, and texture preferences help manufacturers stay competitive in diverse overseas markets.
