Step 1: Dough Feeding
Pre-mixed dough from a high-capacity spiral mixer is fed into the dough hopper via a conveyor or manually.
Step 2: Multi-Stage Sheeting
The dough passes through multiple sheeting rollers combination. This creates a continuous, uniform dough band.
Step 3: Cutting / Punching
High-speed rotary cutter or reciprocating die punches individual pizza bases. Scrap dough is automatically lifted and returned to the front of the line.
Step 4: Output & Transfer
Finished pizza bases are automatially placed on trays (panning machine and trays arranging machine).
