The line’s modular design (total size: 22,610 mm × 1,580 mm × 2,280 mm) adapts to diverse factory layouts while complying with global food safety standards (e.g., ISO 22000) .

Core Processing Components

Hydraulic Hot Press: Equipped with 620×620 mm pressing plates and independent top/bottom temperature controls, it presses 4 pieces of 8-10 inch Lavash per cycle (15 cycles/minute). Sensor-guided dough ball conveyors (2 or 3 rows) ensure uniform spacing and minimal waste .

Three-Level Tunnel Oven: 4.9-meter-long oven with 18 igniters and adjustable burners, maintaining constant temperatures for even baking on both sides. Flame failure alarms enhance operational safety .

Nine-Level Cooling System: 6-meter-long conveyor with 22 fans and 304 stainless steel mesh, rapidly reducing product temperature to preserve freshness .
